Terms of Service
The rules for making, publishing and playing games with Kridona Games.
1. Agreement
By using Kridona Games (“the Service”) you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service. We may update them; continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the new version.
2. Accounts
Making games needs an account with a valid email and password. You must be at least 16, keep your sign-in safe and keep your details correct. Playing games needs no account.
3. Your games
- You own your games. The code written for your game and what you put into it belong to you. You may use, change, share and sell your games.
- Kridona's library. Games are built from Kridona's library of engine code, 3D models, characters, animations, textures, sounds and fonts. You may use them inside your games, but not take them out and redistribute or sell them on their own. Some items require a credit line, which your game shows.
- You are responsible for what your game contains and for following the law where you publish it.
4. Credits, plans and prices
- Price first. Every new game and every change shows its price in credits before it starts. Those credits must be in your account; you pay only what the work really used, never more than the price shown. If a game fails its tests and is not published, nothing is charged.
- Plans (Starter, Creator, Pro, Studio, Business) are billed monthly and renew automatically until you cancel. Each month adds the plan's credits; unused plan credits carry over, up to twice your plan.
- Credit packs are paid once and never expire. Plan credits are used before pack credits.
- Prices are shown in euros, pounds or dollars depending on where you are. We may change prices with 30 days' notice; a running subscription keeps its price until its next renewal.
- Refunds are described in the Refund Policy.
5. Publishing, the Game Centre and leaderboards
- Every game gets its own public link. A game appears in the Game Centre only if you publish it there, and you can take it out at any time.
- We may remove a game from the Game Centre, or take it offline, if it breaks these terms or the law.
- We may remove leaderboard names or scores that are offensive, impersonate someone or were cheated.
- If you connect your own domain, you must own it or have the right to use it.
6. What you must not do
- Make games that are illegal, hateful, sexual involving minors, harassing, defamatory, or that infringe someone else's rights (including copying other games' names, characters or artwork).
- Put malware, tracking or anything harmful into a game, or use games to collect other people's data.
- Abuse, overload, scrape or reverse-engineer the Service, or get around its limits or payments.
- Impersonate other people, companies or Kridona.
- Resell access to the Service or its AI without our permission.
Breaking these rules can lead to removal of games and suspension or closure of the account.
7. Liability
The Service and the games it makes are provided “as is”. We don't promise that a game will be free of errors or right for any particular purpose. As far as the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect damage such as lost profit or lost data. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
8. Ending
You can stop using the Service and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, abuses the Service or doesn't pay.
9. Law
These terms are governed by German law. We first try to settle any dispute in good faith; otherwise the German courts decide, unless mandatory consumer law gives you the courts of your own country.
