Refund Policy
Credits pay for real AI work the moment it runs — so spent credits are final, with two fair exceptions.
1. What is final
- Spent credits. They pay for AI and computing the moment a game or change is made. Because you see the price before anything starts, and a game that fails its tests costs nothing, spent credits are not refunded.
- Subscription months. You can cancel at any time and you will not be charged again; you keep your plan until the end of the month you already paid for. Past or current months are not refunded.
2. The exceptions
- An unused credit pack — if you haven't used any credits from it — can be refunded within 14 days of buying it.
- Something went wrong on our side — for example you were charged for a game that never went live — we put the credits back.
3. You agree before you pay
At checkout you agree that the service starts right away and that, once credits are used, the 14-day right of withdrawal for digital services in the EU and UK no longer applies to what was used. Nothing here limits rights that the law does not allow to be waived.
4. How to ask
Write to kridona.official@gmail.com from your account's email with the date of the payment. We answer within a few days and refund to the card you paid with.
